Freezer Meal Friday

I thought I would share two of my favorites this week since I missed last week. Enjoy!!

Country BBQ Ribs

3 pounds boneless pork ribs
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 cups BBQ sauce (my favorite is KC Masterpiece)

Place ribs in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on High for 4 to 6 hours or on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker and allow to cool. Discard liquid. Place ribs in freezer bag. Cover with BBQ sauce. Label and freeze. 8 servings.

To Serve: Thaw. Heat in microwave or on stove top until hot and bubbly. Serve with baked potatoes.
